Portland

I know I said I would be writing more, but I haven't been able to because.... I MOVED! And I don't have the net set up yet, I only have my phone.

Anyways, I moved about... May 10th I believe. The day after mothers day. It was pretty much a last minute decision. I didnt even really know I was going to. I have been really happy though, and I am having a great time. I live with my bf Sergio's aunt. She really enjoys having me there. She is in pain sometimes and needs some help around the house. I try to clean and I usually cook dinner every night. She has three kids, 15, 14, and 11. They only come on the weekends, though. The two youngest are girls and I enjoy when they come and we all really get along. I know they enjoy having me there, too. They keep saying "When you get a job and get money are you still going to be living with my mom?"

I have been trying to look for a job as much as I can. I dont really have the car to drive around in and since I dont have the net set up, It's been hard to get lots and lots of applications in but I have tried. Just the other day I had an interview at Tmobile. Still waiting to hear back from them, but I really hope i get the job. Very tired of not working and I need to start saving money to pay down my debt, get a car and to get my own place.

The only thing bad is, it's already june but it has been raining SO MUCH there! I think I have only seen about 4 nice days. Everyone is saying its weird for it to be raining so much at this time. I just hope it stops, soon.

Well, there is a quick little update. I will try to get some net, or go somewhere with net and update more and in detail.

Mimi wants me to update... So I am! Mother's Day

I haven't written on here in about.... a year it looks like. I was at my grandma's today (Mimi) and she said she checks my page every so often to see if I've updated, and said I should! I have really been too preoccupied to write, even though I facebook day and night. I guess I feel like I don't have anything exciting to write about!!! But i recently cut my hair and Mimi said I should blog about it lol.

I have been wanting to cut my bangs for some time for something different to my hair, and I finally did! For anyone who knows me, I love my long hair and it's like my security blanket, and it even keeps me warm. LOL. So I have been thinking about it for some time... but every time I need a haircut, just a trim, I get so nervous and even nervous for my own mom to cut my hair. But I just said "I'm gonna do it" so last monday I went to Hermiston to my stepmom's and had her cut my bangs. She is in hair school. She did a really good job and I love my new hair! I keep getting a lot of compliments on it, too. Here are some before and after pictures.

Before, no bangs. How my hair has been forever. Also with my new sunglasses, hehe.
Now, with bangs. Which does everyone prefer?

For more of an update with what I've been up to, it's a whole lot of nothing. I was going to move to Portland, and it didnt work out, so I'm still in Tri-Cities for the time being. In february I lost my job, and I haven't been doing anything since. I wanted a little bit of a vacation, but now that I've had it for three months, I want to get back to working. I want to try and find a serving job again.

Well, today was mothers day and I had a great weekend! It was so good to get out of the house. I went to Moses Lake early saturday morning to babysit my best friend Carla's baby, Julien. I have been watching him for some time now and he is soooo adorable and so sweet. He is only 2 1/2 and he talks SO SO SO good. He says so many sentences and he's so smart. I always enjoy watching him. Carla and Eric are such good parents and they all have so much love for each other!! He loves his parents! I babysat him over night and by the morning time, he missed them so much!

After I was done babysitting, I met up with my mom and Heather. We went to Summerwood, to see my grandma, and I haven't seen her in a really long time. She is in Summerwood, the Alzeimher's home. She is doing good, but I don't think she remembers us kids anymore. It is sad to see, but my mom took her a little card and a candy bar. She is the same old her though in many ways, we went to her room and she has abunch of purses still and afew dolls. She always loved purses and she had soooo many dolls when we were growing up. For birthdays or Christmas we always knew what we were getting from Grandma. Purses and Dolls. She also really loved jewelry and had TONS of it! I noticed she had a few necklaces too. She is probably where I get my love of handbags from. :)

Then, Heather, mom and I headed to wal mart for a few things and then to mom's house. Even though it's moms day, she made some sandwiches for me and Heather. Even though I don't show it much, I do really love my mom and I hope she knows it. She is still the same too, and I said to her today "We're all grown up and you still worry" because we were at Heather's apartment and she was saying be careful walking up the stairs! LOL! It's okay though, I know it's her job to worry even though we are grown. I appreciate a lot she's done for me lately, and I know I don't always show it because I'm caught up with a lot of other things. She recently got married on April 10th, 2010 and it was a really beautiful wedding. I could post pics, but they are all on my facebook.

Then it was time to go to the farm!!! I always love going to the farm to visit. Mimi and Bampa were home and we sat and chatted for awhile. I always love going and talking to Mimi. She always has good advice, wants to know what's going on with us and how she can help us. And she always has good spiritual thoughts to share. She was extra nice to me today, because she gave me two puzzles to do since I'm so bored and $20 to get more puzzles! Thank you, Mimi!!! I love Mimi so much because she is the best grandmother in the world. She loves all of us so much and she would do anything for any of her kids or grandkids and she treats us like kings and queens. She always puts her thoughts to us first before herself!!! She is so generous. Mimi and Bampa even cleaned out the basement and put in carpet and made it really nice for a place for the grandchildren to be. I can't wait till it's done and hopefully I will get to Moses Lake more often. A funny thing she said was we were talking about Bampa and she said "I know my man!" I thought it was funny and sounded like something I would say lol. She said she really loved my hair and she told me over and over! Love you, Mimi.

Craig, Tina, Ashley, Heidi and Derek eventually came over and we all sat and around and visited. I left a message on Tina's facebook for happy mother's day because she is truly one of the best moms in the world, too. All my aunts are: Julie, Jackie, and Mindi. I love them all so much because they are the best mothers, and the best cooks.

All my aunts and Mimi are the best cooks I know. I wish I was in town more often for dinner! lol! Julie always used to try to get me to come bake cookies and she was telling me how much her and Megan love cooking together. And she makes good dinners, too. Thanksgiving and Christmas are the best and other various get togethers we have because Julie goes all out on the food.

Jackie is also a good cook and she's fun to talk to!! I remember recently she bought me a frozen yogurt at Costco and didn't even get herself a treat... I was so grateful, lol. Jackie was the one always putting up with all the loud sleepovers me, cherise, heather and chayla used to have.

My aunt Mindi is so sweet. I love talking to her, too, but haven't seen her in a long time!! She is the best wife and mother always looking out for her family. I remember she got me socks for Christmas one year, the fuzzy kind, and I love them!!! I think she was the one who turned me onto the socks, lol.

Now my aunt Tina. I love my auntie Tina so much because she is so strong. She always has the best advice and the best hugs. She's always organizing fun things for us cousins to do and because of that she is great at hosting parties and get-togethers. From dance parties to cousin parties, they are always so fun because Tina knows exactly what to do! I love her so much because she has always looked out for me and always been concerned about me. She is always a good person to laugh with, and I really appreciate her because she took me to breakfast acouple months ago! She is very easy to talk to and I can tell her anything.

I love all my aunts so much because they have their own kids, but treat their nieces and nephews like their own kids, too.

I also really love my aunt Heather. I don't see her much that often, but she came to Tri-Cities the other day and Heather and I went to lunch with her. I love going out to eat with her because you can always count on her for a good time. She always has funny stories to tell. She also is a very hard-worker!!

Okay so back to my day... after we were done at the farm, me and Heather delivered a flower to Chandra from Brent and Carolyn. Me and Heather ended up being there for awhile! Now I have to write about Chandra. It is my brothers mother in law but she always makes me and Heather feel part of the family. Since I've known her, I've always thought she was hilarious. She is the life of the room and we had a very good conversation when we were there today. Lol. I love Chandra, too because she loves my brother so much. hehe

Well, that was pretty much the gist of my day! I headed home to Tri-Cities, and now it is just me and my dad again here. Heather moved back to Moses Lake and got an apartment with Cherise. Now I have no one to be bored with! Oh well, guess its time to get a job. Well, I have written a lot and now it's time for bed. Goodnight, and I will try to write more.

Fun day with Cherise and Wubbs!!!

Yesterday, Cherise and Chayla came up to Tri-Cities for the night!!! I was upstairs and the doorbell rings. SO i run down and they are both peeking through the glass and when I opened up the door they both attacked me and jumped on me! So we just went upstairs and talked and watched TV for awhile. It was getting later, and we were trying to decide what to do for dinner! Heather was getting off at 9:30.... SOOO what we had to do (which we always do) is we had to write different places to go out to eat and draw from a hat. Aren't we lame?

Well we ended up picking Tony Roma's. It was good and we had a good time! We all ordered soup and salad. We were all being soooo silly! It was pretty much the funnest night in a long time!! I was trying to get them to go to the club with me BUT they're all losers and wouldnt go pop lock and drop it!! Anyways heres some pictures.

Me and wubbs were getting ready and she wouldnt take a picture with me!!!

So i was going to take a picture of her, and wubbs ran at me!!

Getting into the car and heading to dinner. Wubbs wouldn't get in the picture again!!!

LOL This is not a very flattering picture of any of them...

Awww they're all so cute, and wubbs being a dork. And we had good potatoe soup, rolls, and salad!

Giving heathee a kiss. DOesn't she look smart with her glasses? Wubbs said "Heather is too smart for her own good"
OMG cherise is the biggest dork and whipped out her DISPOSABLE camera. We all laughed soo hard when she did that!

The waitress saw us trying to take pictures, so came over and got one of all of us. AND she told us the bartender asked her to "hook him up with the hot girls" AHHH
LOL look how creepy everyone looks in this picture! Especially heather!

haha look at cherise!!

omg can i ever get a good picture!! i look so weird!

I redecorated!!!

I loved how my bathroom was (zebra/black) but at Target I've been seeing cute new stuff. It's spring now so I thought it would be fun to redecorate mine and Heathers bathroom. I went to Target after work and got all my stuff. I absolutely love how it turned out!!! I have good taste, huh? LOL here's all the pictures.

So cute so cute

Do you think everything matches well?

Towels were on sale for $5 each so I got some new ones (on the second row)

Now the counter is clean!! I got the two bins, one for me and one for Heather. Now her 50 cans of hairspray don't have to be all over the counter. YAy!

My new toy

Okay so I've been wanting the Blackberry Bold since before it came out like last year around this time. Heather got hers last month and I was so jealous and I tried to steal it. WELL last week, my daddy got it for me!!! I absolutely love it. I can't get off of it, I love it so much. It looks awesome and is so fast. It blows every other phone away, especially the Blackberry Storm!! hahaa

Just an update

I have been working sooo much this past month. I was the only one at my store besides the manager!!! The good thing about it is that I made a lot of money, and this month business has really picked up. Anyways, I've been working with only one day off every week, and doing open to closes on some days which is 10 hours. But like I said, the good thing about it is I've made a lot of money. I made $5000 in sales!!! So thats 10%. But that is good for the Tri-Cities stores. I was at like $4800 and the last two days I worked were SOOOOO slow. And I had Friday and Saturday off which were the last two days of the month. Anyways, I barely made it and my coworker texted me and said I made $5038. And then Saturday I ended up having to go into work and sold more so I definitely made my goal!!! Now I get a pretty nice extra check! LOL

Friday was a fun day. I got my nails done and went tanning... all that good stuff. I went to the mall and had lunch with Heather and Benji and got my cousin Chayla a birthday present (her birthday was over a month ago!!) and I headed to the Toyota Center for her basketball game. It was a very intense game! The whole family from Moses was there. The Chiefs were kinda behind the whole game and at the very end got ahead. Then... got behind, and got a basket and were ONE point ahead. They ended up winning though and qualified for State!!! They are really a very good team. And the good thing is, I have next weekend off again and was planning on going to Seattle, anyways! So i'm definitely going to go to the Tacoma Dome to watch them next weekend!!

Probably the best books ever

I love the Stephanie Plum series by Janet Evanovich. My aunt Heather told me about them awhile ago and let me borrow all of them and I loved them! The stories are so funny. They are murder mysteries and they're about a girl who is a Bounty Hunter... she has a crazy sidekick and a crazy grandma. hahaha I would definitely read these if you get the chance.

Anyways, the other day I bought books 1-13 on Ebay! It was only $40 for all of them! And I have book 14 somewhere.... I just got them today and I'm so happy. I could read these over and over and now I'm so happy I own them! LOL

Today wasn't too bad

This month has been so slow at work. It must just be because it's after the holidays. Last year working at the restaurant it was like this, too. Anyways, the beginning of the month wasn't too bad actually. In the first few days I got out a few phones and my GP was at like... $500 something. But lately it has just STAYED there. If we want commission, we have to make atleast $2500. So yeah, I've been frustrated because I haven't been able to sell much, even accessories.

But today was great! Well, actually last night I did an upgrade right before I got off which was nice. (To a total hillbilly lady with one tooth) But today right off the bat it was good. Got out a car charger which we actually make like 20 bucks off and they cost 25. THEN one of my customers came back with his wife to do a new activation. They bought these old people phones called the KNACK. The buttons are huge, there's no camera and there's a 911 button and you can put in your health information. They weren't even that old but oh well, they liked them. So i sold those for $40 each. But really I made like $300 some from that sale and I sold a car charger with it.

So I was really happy about finally selling some phones and later in the night I sold another one. Three phones for one person at our store is pretty good. Is really good, actually. So yeah I'm just hoping the rest of the month will be steady and I can get over $2500 for a commission check!

My Roses

I have always wanted to get flowers. I was at my man's the other day. He left for a little while to go to his friends and do some things. He has said before "Oh I was gonna get you flowers..." LOL. So I was in the kitchen doing dishes (LOL) and him and his friends get home and come through the back door right into the kitchen. Here he comes in with PINK ROSES!!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited and so happy and so happy he got them for me! I loved them!!! They were so pretty and I put them in a glass of water right away.

It was sad though, I left Moses Lake and forgot them!!! Oh well, maybe he will get me some more soon... lol!

Chiefs Game 1/16/09

Tonight my cousin Chayla played a basketball game at Southridge. I went after work and met up with Heather, Cherise, my Dad, uncle Bruce, aunt Jackie, and Carolyn's mom and dad. The game was close the whole time. In the fourth quarter it got really intense!!! The Chiefs finally got ahead and it pretty much stayed that way. The Chiefs were up by ONE POINT. The refs were being buttheads like always.... There was 2 seconds left and OF COURSE Southridge makes a 3-pointer. It was so disappointing!!! But Chayla played really well, and there were scouts there to watch her! Yay Wubbs! Here are some pictures from the game.

Christmas 2008

I haven't updated this in quite awhile! I've been dealing with a lot and also working a lot. I didn't know working 40 hours a week could be so draining. I feel like I never have time to get anything done at home! When I get home from work I'm so tired and on my days off I head to Moses Lake. I really love my job, though. December was a great month for me at work, I sold a lot! Anyways, this year Christmas was also great.

On Christmas Eve, Heather and I headed up to Moses Lake. Our Dad was supposed to come but had to work overtime because the roads were bad. He wasn't able to make it up at all. First, we had to stop by my moms house to grab something. Heather's car SUCKS in the snow and we got stuck in the driveway!!! So we had to shovel ourselves out and eventually made it out... lol. Then we headed out to the Farm for the Hirz Christmas. We were a little late. Everyone had eaten and everyone was playing games when we got there. We quickly joined in and had so much fun!!! Uncle Scott was entertaining as usual. Every year we play a game where one person is blindfolded and goes and sits on someones lap. The persons lap their sitting on has to say "Ho Ho Ho" and the blindfolded person has to guess who it is. It sounds boring but we all get a kick out of it EVERYTIME!!! It's so hilarious.

Presents there were great. The cousins always exchange with one other cousin. I had Makenna and I got her a curling iron, iTunes gift card and nail polish. She had me and gave me socks and a Victoria's Secret gift card! Then Mimi and Bampa gave all of us grandchildren McDonalds card, Movie Money and 10 bucks. Nice! And then of course Mimi goes all out on family gifts! It was a very good night, like every year.

That night me, Heather, Brent and Carolyn all headed to my moms house. We hung out for awhile and just went to bed. Christmas morning was great! We started breakfast and got ready. Everyone started arriving... Brian, Garett, Uncle Mike and Grandpa. Breakfast was taking too long and all of us kids were getting anxious to open our gifts. Brent and Carolyn gave me and Heather Vic's lotion... and my mom gave me and Heather robes, sleep shirts, socks. Brian gave us all Macy's gift cards, Mike gave us Visa cards and generous Grandpa gave us all lots of cash!!! Very nice. Christmas morning was great and we had lots of good food to eat. I was so happy Garett could come... he is always the life of the party and so funny! The last time I saw him was back in June in Utah... when we all had to cram into Brent's small car and drive from Provo to Salt Lake about a million times!

Anyways, after everything was done, me, Brent, and Carolyn left with Garett. We took Brent and Carolyn to her parents house and me and Garett got stuck in the snow again! It wasn't too bad though, and then he dropped me off at my boyfriends.
After awhile Heather picked me up and all of us 4 kids headed to Tri-Cities to spend Christmas with Dad. Then Christmas got even better... Dad gave me and Heather lotion, makeup brushes, and tons of gift cards!!! I got afew more though because Brent and Carolyn and Heather all got brand new TV's for Christmas..... LAME... lol jk. Heather gave me Marc Jacobs perfume and a nightgown. For Heather I got her perfume, a gift card and a scarf. We together bought our Dad a tool box which he seemed excited about. Carolyn had hinted to me that she wanted a purple purse, and she knows I'm the Handbag QUEEN sooo I HAD to get her a purple purse! She loved it. And Brent I got him a gift card to Best Buy since everywhere was out of Mario Kart. Oh well.
Oh yes! And also for Christmas I got my windows tinted... my car looks so good now! lol
It was so nice to see everyone again... I feel like I never have enough time for anyone anymore with working up here in Richland and being occupied with my social life!! LOL. Anyways... I hope everyone has a great 2009. I guess my resoulution is just to save some money...

I have some pictures from this year. Goodnight!

NEWS

Well I haven't been up to much lately, but I got a new job!! I got a job at Verizon Wirless! I'm so excited. Its 40 hours a week, so hopefully I'll be rich again like I was when I was working at the restaurant. LOL. But yeah, I'm really excited about it, but not sure when I start yet. And I can get my nails done!! haha. Well that's about it.

I Cleaned!

That's right, I cleaned pretty much all day today!! It's been two months since I've live in Tri-Cities, and my room still wasn't unpacked. I have two closets and they were completely empty! My dad has been getting on me about cleaning my room... so today I finally just did it. LOL! It looks great and I cleaned the bathroom too, even though I've done that before.
Next up Heather is coming and I'll probably help her paint the other bedroom- She's moving up here at the end of this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I never make my bed but whats the point?

Mrs. Potts lol I had to put her in

Weekend with the family

So I'm sitting home alone Friday night, lol. It's about 9-o-clock and the doorbell rings. I really had no idea who would be at the house. Sooo I go to the door and there's uncle Scott and Landon and Kyle with some overnight bags! I had no idea they were coming! It was a nice surprise, so I got to have some company that night. lol. We just hung out and watched some TV for awhile until we all got sleepy. We didn't wait up till midnight when my dad got home from work. Oh well.

The next morning I had to work at 7 am. Scott said he was gonna come by and get a Peppermint Hot Chocolate from me. But they never came!!! When I got home they said they had been busy doing things around the house. So then all the boys went to the hardware store while I stayed home and curled my hair. They came back a little later with abunch of CHICKEN, DONUTS and the boys got GUNS!!! LOL They got some pellet guns at the store. haha. So thats about our weekend, they didn't stay too long. But I got some pictures of the boys and their guns, here they are.
